Tyler Marks didn’t grow up on a farm but he found his way to the land. Through relationships with local farmers, he discovered a passion for working the ground and unlocking its potential. What started in the fields evolved into turnkey sitework, land development, and commercial real estate, each rooted in the same values: hard work, vision, and a deep respect for the land.
For the business to grow into what it is today, Tyler teamed up with his dad, Gregg Marks, a force in his own right with decades of experience and sharp instincts. Together, they launched MC&G Capital and expanded into commercial real estate, where Gregg now leads as Broker-in-Charge of MC&G Commercial. With both Marks at the helm, the vision just keeps getting bigger.

Together, their leadership has been instrumental in helping us scale, grow, and deliver on what we promise.
